Opening An Account

You complete the whole process on the Luckster website. I used Chrome on desktop and Safari on mobile, and both showed the same form with the same fields.

How To Register

  4. Add your name, date of birth, address and phone number
  5. Click the link in the confirmation email

My confirmation email arrived within two minutes on the first attempt. On the second attempt it landed in my spam folder, so check there if your inbox stays empty. The account goes live as soon as you click the link.

Identity Verification

Luckster asks for ID when you request your first withdrawal. You can deposit and play before that point, which is convenient and also easy to forget.

Prepare two documents.

  1. Photo ID, such as a passport or UK driving licence
  2. Proof of address dated within the last three months, such as a utility bill or bank statement

Uploading took me around five minutes. Approval took close to 24 hours, which holds up your money for a day. Upload both files before your first win and you avoid the wait.

First Login And Setup

Log in with the email address and password you chose during registration. The account menu holds your personal details, payment options and security settings.
